2. Eligibility & Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration and profile creation.

3. Specific Terms for Job Seekers

• Profile Visibility: By creating a profile and uploading a CV, you consent to making your professional details visible to registered Employers.
• Job Applications: Applying for a job through the portal constitutes an explicit request to share your personal data with that specific employer.
• No Fees for Jobs: MK ELITE MOON SHINE PVT LTD. does not charge candidates for job placements. Beware of any individual or entity claiming to represent us and asking for money.

4. Specific Terms for Employers

• Lawful Hiring: Employers must comply with all applicable Indian labor laws, including non-discrimination and fair pay regulations.
• Data Confidentiality: Employers must use candidate data solely for the purpose of recruitment and must not disclose it to third parties without consent.
• Job Posting Legitimacy: Employers are prohibited from posting fraudulent, misleading, or non-existent job openings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Using automated scripts or bots to crawl or scrape data from the platform.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting professional credentials.
• Violating any intellectual property rights of MK ELITE MOON SHINE PVT LTD. or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK ELITE MOON SHINE PVT LTD. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. We do not verify the authenticity of job postings or the credentials of candidates beyond standard platform checks.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
